Very clever stuff Wes!

Funny enough, I was just looking at Ali hex to bearing converters a couple of days ago... totally forgotten where I found them though. Haha. Hope that front axle all works out well!

Thanks, I took a guess on the dimensions, but I can always print another if the offset isn?t quite right.

I was able to get the running boards made today. Wasn?t too bad, but most excited about using my new belt sander. No more clamping one in a vice, I have a proper bench top model now.

I also did some more sanding and filling imperfections. The under side got a coat of yellow. Hopefully tomorrow I can get all the work done so the body can get resprayed in yellow.

I made door cards while watching Lupin on Netflix last night. It?s a French show and the voiceovers are not that bad. Really neat story. Anyway, here is the real one and the replica.

Wow, this is just getting better and better! Such nice detailing and the stance is awesome!

Thanks, the new front axle arrived today. Hope to get all the engineering done soon and swap over to the interior and electronics.

I still have some tweaks to do, but the axle is installed. I also have the planetary gearbox mounted to the chassis this should allow me to have a full interior no problem.

The hood received it one giant louver. I did this by making a 3D printed piece and glueing it in from the backside.

I love that low stance from few images up!

I have the body finally mounted. The above shot had some 1-2-3 blocks holding it up and the wheel was just sitting there. Took some adjustments but I finally got it sitting right again. Will get more pics up soon.

So cool to watch your builds come together. This is such a killer build, the owner has to be blown away by your ability to recreate his truck from total scratch!!! Amazing!!

I have been slowly working towards getting this one wrapped up. I?m leaving the final finish and paint until I can be sure I?m done making pieces for the build.

Finished making the seat today. Still need some sanding and filling, but it?s pretty much there.

Thanks, I tried to carve it in a way to make it look like an actual seat. The piping is a bit of pain to put on, but not too mad. I need to order a bunch more of it though.
