Some more work on the YJ. I wanted to get this thing wide and low. Happy so far. Suspension is mocked up and I?m getting good articulation north, south, east AND west. Fitted my Pricey?s shocks, these are just mental! I wish he still made them. I?d run them on all my rigs. They make all the difference!

Scaled, but not fishy.
This rig is looking like a bit of a weapon mate! :biggthumpup: :cool:
I reckon it'll be awesome on the rocks, and pretty tough as well. ::2thumbs

Sorry for the lack of posts of late. Work and life has been hectic.

So close to being completed. I just need a driver, test the electronics and oh, some driveshafts...

I've tried to scratch build as much as possible on this rig to test my skills. I wanted to keep the 1800-parts to a minimum.

Wow! That escalated quickly! I'd love to see some outdoor shots of this. Your metal work is second to none!

Thanks boss! I have a few okay ones on my IG but I'm waiting for some decent weather to head over to my "spot". Here's a quick one just in the backyard.

Looks awesome mate! ::2thumbs
The black and green colour with the brushed metal all tie in together really well. :cool2:

I'll bet you're anxious to give her a proper run.... You might be waiting a while for decent weather in your neck of the woods though.......:loll:

Thanks heaps mate! Colour is always a tough one isn't it. We had some serious storms here over the last few days. No power for 20 hours. Did you cop it?

This is top notch. Normally I am not a fan of rally wide axles on a truck, but this works...!
Many thanks! Wide and low yes :) I wasn't sure about the wide width when building it in my head at the start of the project but it seemed to be in good proportions when mocked up so I went with it. I couldn't be more happier with the result.

The metal work is just so good. All the small detailed metal work in the interior is very impressive. I hope you have a proper driver in the works...
