Hallo sir,
thanks that u like him.
Get a mass offers for selling and shipping worldwide would be no problem BUT the problem
is that I decided the trend goes to the 8th model and I can't sell it. I put so much money and
effort into it that it was crazy to sell him.
Thank you for your question.
Cheers Jens

Thanks that you understand my decision.

Haven't done any videos yet. Driving and filming is not so my thing. Maybe I try it next year.
can start with the LC80 then.
He looks good, yes but it is definitely a dream to drive him.. So havy and smooth and he looks like the original one.

Hi all,
some updates are in progress on my beloved Land Cruiser 80.
First after a long runningtime without any service, i have to do a maintance on him.
I started with cleaning and reoiling the frontshocks, now thay are so smooth again.
Next i cleaned and regreased the gearbox and the transfercase, good job, now all quied and smooth as well.
Then i swaped the driveshafts to the s.d.i Propshafts like i have done in all of my models. I just love them so much,
tiny, stong and so quied - no squicking or any thing else.
Then i throw out one of my last sav?x servos. Sorry to say it but i hate them now. I used them in nearly all of my models,
and then starting the fails. Not in this build but for me i now use the JX servos from atees in ALL models. Awsome quality with an great price.
The last thing i have to do is throw out the tekin fx/r and put in the HW1080, also now in ALL of my rides.
When ready show some pics.
Thats it for now.
Cheers all

I love it when a build has had so much work and use that it needs a service! How scale is that!

So glad you decided to keep it, I look forward to seeing more adventures.. ::2thumbs

Hi guys,

longtime nothing happens here. But now there is a lot going on on it.
First change is the schock situation. Thanks to Chris from GCM i use in all of my builds the ECX shocks
like there where on there chassis and they are realy awsome - just love them so much that i put them under my Land Cruiser 80.
Next change where the wheels. There are so many copys of mine out there that i decide to make some opticle change. I found at amazon the correct 1993 aluwheels. So now he looks like on my broshure i have from 1993.
What?s going on next going much deeper then all before. I decide to swap the transmission!!!
For that i have so much to do that it will took a while.
First i change the front 4 link to a 3 link version with panhard link - hope it will worke so good as before and will give me the space for the transmision i need. Whenn all will fit and work properly i have to make the front of my interieur to fit.
pics will follow.
Lot of work now to do!!!
The smalest change whas the front lettering TOYOTA, its now correctly in chrome and i love it. Thanks to molotw pens.
First jobs done and very happy wit the result so far.
Waiting now for the 3 link set and then it goes on.........
Cheers for now

Hi all,

no idea why i can?t put pics in here. Will put them in FB in an LC 80 Group.
The LC 80 is ready and looks great, but also drives so far smooth. will see how
it will go in outside. If you dont know the big changes you wouldn?t see anything.
Love it.
Cheers all
